Trolley Spotting.

I have a little red and white polka dot trolley that I find quite handy - I take it to the supermarket and Silo Park movie nights. I am never restrained by weight and I am overwhelmed by convenience.
Of course while taking my trolley around Mt. Eden and Wynyard Quarter, I get looks of distain...but, when I go to Avondale Market, I am just one of the crowd.

Today I took some discrete photos on Tish's iphone of the Avondale trolley phenomenon.

Trolley Trends for 2012
This season, it's all about the leopard. The photos below are just a taster of how much leopard we saw.

This is what happens when you don't have a trolley...

This is my trolley. It also has a seat that you can pull out when tired.

Avondale Market is a GREAT place for busking. Why? Because everybody has change. This kid was busking outside his house and he could only play the riff the Smoke on the Water by Deep Purple.
Sweet amp though!

The Trolley Haul
I bought a duck, fish, veges, flowers, coffee and a spring roll.

All in all, a good Sunday morning at Avondale Markets.

Oui!

There's nothing better than finishing work for the week, having a picnic of paella, baguette and wine, while watching Amelie on the side of a Silo. Next week they are playing Dirty Dancing! Eeeeeee!

Mini Holly

Rose and I drove down to Hamilton to meet wee Ruby and to hang out with her parents Holly and Muredach. It was a lovely day.

Joanna and Rob's Wedding

Here are a few shots from a family wedding of my Aunty Joanna and now Uncle Rob. They came from Sydney to Dunedin to have a February wedding in 10 degree weather. It was truly freezing, but still an amazing day.

To prepare for Joanna and Rob's Wedding, Maeve had to have her mullet removed.

Joanna was a beautiful bride in blue.

 Here's the family photo booth.
 Maeve does love me. Really!
