More Korean Cooking: Ddukkbokki

I have now made my first batch of dokkbolgi (my confidence is rising after two successful bibimbaps.)
I have been getting some fantastic recipes from www.maangchi.com. They are easy to follow and the ingredients are usually easy to source. I made the non spicy version as I didn't have anchovies, but I have enough dukk in the freezer to try it next time.
