Korean Food Series #5: Bossam

How did I not find this earlier?!
It's kind of like Galbi, but have steamed (rather than barbecued) pork or duck and you dip it in delicious sauce, wrap it in big bits of kimchi and lettuce with salad and onion. Oh so yum! 

For the next 6 weeks I just want to eat and eat all the Korean food there is.
